We have inspected new construction, older homes built in the early 1900’s, flip-houses, commercial buildings, and older churches for the people of Hobart. It is our first obligation to inspect every property with the same thoroughness and professionalism every time were called out. Certified Home Inspections takes pride in providing prospective property buyers with valuable information regarding their new home or commercial building purchase. It is our job to discover and uncover issues that exist and could negatively affect the safety and health of our clients. We understand our inspection service is the last line of defense before buyers officially take ownership of a property and inherit any and all repairs, and expenses, associated with it.

We try to provide an accurate account of each property and deliver the information/results/findings effectively and efficiently on each and every inspection by emailing a pdf report to the client by 9am the next morning. Our home inspectors enjoy traveling through and working in Hobart, which is known for it’s successful Hobart Brickie football program and growing, beautiful downtown. Hobart is a short cruise West on 130 from Certified Home Inspections headquarters located on the West end of Lincolnway in Valparaiso. Everytime we visit this city a new business or storefront has opened its doors it seems. Recently, we inspected an older classic commercial building downtown on the lake for an attorney who wanted to set up shop in an accountants old location.
