Certified Home Inspections has proudly served northwest Indiana since 2005. Our company and licensed inspectors provide professional residential, commercial, light-industrial property inspections performed above and beyond typical industry standards. Our inspectors are required to maintain current licenses in residential, commercial, radon testing, mold, pest, infrared thermal imaging. In order to maintain an active license each inspector must complete annual continuing education and training. The continuing education ensures our inspectors are up-to-date on current codes and business practices, which are changing continuously.
