The most iconic inspection we’ve performed for the area was conducted at the Dunes Arts Foundation, Inc.’s campus in nearby Michiana Shores, IN, just a couple miles down the shore from downtown New Buffalo. The inspection occurred during their recent renovation. A fulfilling, rewarding project, the much-needed remodeling to their iconic Dunes Theatre, outdoor theatre, and actors’ cabins will allow the non-profit to run its signature cultural projects such as the Dunes Summer Theatre for seasons to come.
