What is a real estate home inspection?
A home inspection ordered by the home buyer on a home listed on the MLS. The buyer will most likely be represented by a licensed realtor, or buyers agent.
What’s included in a real estate home inspection?
The real estate home inspection is our most popular inspection and is similar to our standard home inspection. Our inspectors will thoroughly inspect your home from top to bottom covering a 300-point checklist, nothing gets left out!
Why order a real estate home inspection?
To learn everything you possibly can about your prospective home. The good, the bad, and the ugly! Our inspectors are going to educate you on the home. Upon completion of our inspection the buyer is invited to a walk-through. The walk-through is our opportunity to walk you through the home and show you all the repairs we discovered and to offer an explanation of those findings. These findings, or repairs, are all listed in the inspection report complete with photos and comments. This report can be used to negotiate repairs with the seller. Most major defects, code violations, and safety/electrical hazards can be addressed and negotiated with the seller prior to purchasing the home.
