In addition, we offer infrared thermal imaging, water testing, pest inspections, mold detection, & radon testing. We detail our findings in a comprehensive 300-point Property Inspection Report. The 39 page report typically includes many photos, comments, recommendations, and video snippets. Each Property Inspection Report is delivered via email, the same day as the inspection.

How we do things:
1. THERE ARE NO DUMB QUESTIONS.
Home & Property Inspections can be intimidating. First-time buyers and Real Estate Moguls alike can get jitters. We make it simple for you. Ask us any & all your questions. Please. Our trained, experienced inspectors will guide you through the ins & outs of home & property inspections, from foundations & drainage to attic ventilation. They can even tell you who invented the flush toilet.
2. WE SERVICE BUYERS, SELLERS, REALTORS…
Our customers have included home buyers, sellers, realtors, small businesses, manufacturing centers, and more. We’ve inspected churches, theaters, farms, hotel chains, and hot dog stands. Each property has a story to tell. We’re ready to hear yours next.
3. YOUR INSPECTION & REPORT.
Our AHIT-Certified Home & Property Inspectors will typically take between 2-3 hours to perform a 300-point inspection upon a standard size home & / or property. Once completed, they will compile their research into a report which will be emailed to you, typically same day as inspection. Pictures and video snippets available upon request.
